An investigator working for homicide suspect Hugo Selenski has not been paid more than $10,000 he is owed and refuses to continue working on the case unless a judge authorizes payment, Mr. Selenski’s attorneys said Thursday.
James Sulima, a retired Pittston police detective who now runs a private investigation firm, says he is owed $10,466.74 for work he performed for Mr. Selenski’s defense team between May and July 2013, Mr. Selenski’s lawyers said in a court filing.
